About our Mobile bar and how we started

Hi, I’m Karly, the founder and manager of Tipsy Fizz. This family-run business was born from my love of hosting and my passion for bringing people together. I have also worked in the wedding business for over 20 years as a hair and makeup artist, so this all felt so natural to me.

Me, my husband Tay, My parents and even my 3 kids all play a pivotal role in running and managing our business as a whole and something we all enjoy including the many hours of prep and peeling boxes upon boxes of limes, juicing and making syrups.

I have always had a love for flavour and entertaining and spent a year mixing and trying different cocktails before we even opened to bring a variety of tastes and quality to your event.

Whether your event is social, cultural, or something beautifully unique, I approach each one with the same care and dedication as if it were my own.

At Tipsy Fizz, every cocktail is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our juices are cold-pressed the day before, and our syrups are made in-house using real fruit—nothing artificial. Fresh lemons and limes are always a must, and we prioritise quality without straying too far from your budget.

These thoughtful touches enhance the natural flavours of your chosen beverages, ensuring a smooth, vibrant drink without the artificial aftertaste and each drink I would happily enjoy with my loved ones.

Hi Karly!!

Thanks so much for Friday, hope everything went well on your end. Bar and staff were great, looked super cute too and the Espresso Martinis were so yummy everyone has been letting me know!!

I was also obsessed with the just hitched magnetic board such a good detail!!
