These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of mobile bar services by our licensed mobile bar business in Victoria.

By booking our services you agree to the confirmed quote, payment schedule (including deposit, final payment and any late fees), cancellation and refund policies, and minimum spend requirements; you agree to provide accurate event details, reasonable access to the venue, necessary permits and compliance with venue rules; you accept responsibility for the conduct of your guests and any damage caused to our equipment or staff during the event; you acknowledge that we operate under Victorian liquor licensing laws—so we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons and to cease service if legal requirements or safety concerns demand it; you consent to any charges for extra time, travel beyond quoted radius, wastage or additional staff.
